Welcome to Mathewson House

Mathewson House is a center of Opus Dei , an international Catholic organization whose aim is to spread the message that all Christians have been called by God to make the Gospel known and to seek holiness in and through their daily work, family life and social relations.  We offer religious, educational and cultural activities for anyone who wishes to learn how to exercise human and Christian virtues in work and ordinary life, sharing in God's work of creation and redemption, following the example of Christ's hidden life of work.
A chapel with the Blessed Sacrament is available to interested men for private prayer/reflection, and a resident priest of Opus Dei is always available to provide individual spiritual guidance to any who may want it.
